Greetings all, |
|
Well, we are late, but at least we are here. As most of you know, April was a tough time for our family. We mourn the passing of Matthew Gellert who lost his battle with cancer on April 9, 1999. We have dedicated this issue's "Gellert Recollections" to his memory. For those of you who were not able to attend Matthew's funeral, please make sure to check it out. Matthew's sister spoke and we have included that speech -- beautifully written and very moving. |
|
Another change you will notice is that we have not listed a month for this issue. Due to the extreme lateness of this issue we have decided to no longer list the month. There will be no guarentee that the newsletter will continue to come out on a monthly basis and so the month will be omitted from now on. |

To all of you "Magic: The Gathering" fans out there, we are happy to tell you that Jim Tyrrell won a fiction contest at a "Magic: The Gathering" website called "The Dojo". Check out this link: http://www.thedojo.com/fiction.shtml. We have checked it out and it is a cool place. Congratulations Jim!! Good job!! |

You will see that we have added a new section to our "Things to Remember" page. We now have "Sites to See". These are links to websites that we thought you might enjoy -- everything from Art to Star Trek to Family interests. Please let us know of any links we should add. |
